Our name is inspired from the Greek
meaning “Discovery of the
Unknown.”
Our journey to discover the unknown
began 27 years ago
when two
computer-obsessed high school
freshmen launched XenoPsi.

MichaelAaron's approach to helping brands solve their business challenges originates from his radically independent and objective thinking, providing both theoretical and practical advice that efficiently and effectively gets to the heart of client needs. Rooted in XenoPsi's deep understanding of digital technology, his recommended solutions combine cutting-edge approaches with strategic business concepts that move KPIs and make a real impact.

As the steward of XenoPsi company culture, MichaelAaron is most passionate about nurturing talent and creating a thriving work environment. His goal is to ensure that XenoPsi is a great place to work and build a career. MichaelAaron holds a double degree in philosophy and political science from Boston College.

Salman Javed

Partner, Xenopsi Ventures

As Partner of XenoPsi Ventures, a digital brand incubator, Salman directs all elements of brand strategy, product development, brand launch, business operations, finance and customer experience.

In the last 3 years Salman has led or coordinated all elements of brand conceptualization and development, marketing and advertising for Wellow Socks. He led Wellow's pre-launch and launch activities including the sourcing, evaluation, contract negotiation and implementation of the global supply chain. He also manages on-going operations across all areas including the following

Manufacturing - several countries considered, China selected
International Shipping and US-based inventory management and pick-and-pack fulfillment
Finance, banking, compliance, tax and legal

In his years at XenoPsi, Salman has been involved in the company's growth by driving operations, technology, and expansion. His prior positions include Director of Programming and Digital Client Services and Director of Operations leading the finance, Human Resources, and technical services departments. His business and technology expertise includes organization scaling, project management, product development and corporate culture management.

Salman is passionate about ancient history and can often be found reading a good history book. Salman holds Bachelor Degrees in Computer Science and the Arts and a Master's in World History.

Salman managed businesses in different industries across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East and worked on projects for companies like Volvo, Canon, Maersk, Triumph Global, and Legistorm.
